What We’re Looking For
We hire career-minded professionals who want to grow. You should:
- Have experience working with a wide range of clients and goals.
- Be organized, motivated, and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Understand the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and how to use it to build rapport and programs.
- Be coach-able and eager to learn our proven training and sales systems.
- We’ll train you to maintain a 15–20% Fitness Consultation closing rate — the top standard in the industry. In our club, this isn’t a dream — it’s the norm. Our systems, support, and client demand mean you’ll be earning big bucks faster than anywhere else.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Fitness Consultations and sell 6- and 12-month training packages.
- Deliver engaging one-on-one, semi-private, and small-group training sessions.
- Provide practical nutrition guidance and lifestyle support.
Support members on the floor, maintain a clean, professional environment, and assist with new member onboarding.
