Develop and deliver continuing e-learning programs targeted for functional efficiency and effectiveness using authoring tools 2. Plan and execute product training programs such as onboarding programs, and develop training materials and assessments with subject matter experts 3. Learn core operations and objectives of teams within Global Business Solutions (GBS) to develop training curriculum across functions & facilitate training 4. Work closely with cross-functional partners within Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product and others to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies 5. Liaise with other product teams and marketing teams to keep content updated and real 6. Identify training needs across teams and functions while focusing on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis (e.g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.) 7. Manage, setup and align all trainings such as calendar management, online & offline schedulings, planning and execution of training logistics, vendor management 1. Authoring Toolを使用し、機能的な効率と効果を目標とした継続的なeラーニングプログラムを開発し、提供する。 2. オンボーディングプログラムなどの製品トレーニングプログラムを計画・実施し、専門家と共にトレーニング教材やアセスメントを開発する。 3. GBS内の各チームの中核業務と目的を学び、機能横断的なトレーニングカリキュラムを開発し、トレーニングを促進する。 4. 営業、オペレーション、マーケティング、製品などの部門横断的なパートナーと緊密に連携し、製品、プロセス、ツール、Go-to-Market戦略に関連するトレーニングをサポート、強化する。 5. 他の製品チームやマーケティングチームと連携し、コンテンツを常に更新し、リアルなものにする。 6. トレーニングプログラムのデータ収集と分析(調査、評価、認定など)による効果測定に重点を置きながら、チームや機能全体のトレーニングニーズを特定する。 7. カレンダーの管理、オンラインとオフラインのスケジュール管理、トレーニングのロジスティクスの計画と実行、ベンダーの管理など、すべてのトレーニングを管理、設定、調整する。 Minimum 2 years of experience training/sales/marketing functions in tech, media or digital marketing industry, preferably sales experience of 1 years Strong knowledge of sales function within the digital advertising landscape Strong leadership skills to coordinate in leading different stakeholders in a fast-moving, team-focused environment with hands-on experience as an individual contributor Track record of identifying training needs and leading development of group and individual learning paths as well as managing the training function to a budget Strong presentation and facilitation skills Japanese and English fluency at business level 技術、メディア、デジタルマーケティング業界における最低4年以上のトレーニング/セールス/マーケティング経験(できれば1～3年のセールス経験 デジタル広告業界におけるセールス機能に関する深い知識 個人貢献者としての実務経験を有し、動きの速いチーム重視の環境において様々なステークホルダーを統率する強力なリーダーシップスキル トレーニングニーズを特定し、グループおよび個人の学習パスの開発を主導し、トレーニング機能を予算内で管理した実績 プレゼンテーション能力、ファシリテーション能力 ビジネスレベルでの日本語と英語の流暢さ Online e-Learning platform experience and content development for training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.) オンラインeラーニングプラットフォームの経験およびトレーニング教材(プレゼンテーション、ビデオ、ガイドなど)のコンテンツ開発 リモートワーク可]]>
