The Opportunity We're seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the logistics and organization of our warehouse, supporting the movement and preparation of products for shipment.

Responsibilities - Operate powered forklift equipment for tasks such as unloading, moving, relocating, stacking, organizing, counting, and loading products.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accurate selection and counting.
- Verify load accuracy by checking load count, stability, and product condition, reporting any discrepancies as necessary.
- Perform inventory checks as directed to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure accuracy of all Bill of Ladings, reporting discrepancies to the office for further evaluation.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment before use, ensuring safety compliance.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly manner, promoting a tidy work environment.
- Assist in physical inventories, contributing to accurate inventory management.
- Perform 'housekeeping' and general maintenance duties, including sweeping and cleaning, to uphold warehouse cleanliness.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for tasks.
- Handle medium physical demands (20-50 lbs) associated with the role.
- Identify and report immediately any safety hazards.
- Prioritize safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
- Comply with ANC Modular Inc, Ontario Health and Safety Association, and MSDS safety standards.
- Complete provided Health and Safety education as provided.
- Minimum of 3 years experience on a forklift, Current Certification of Training
- Valid Drivers Licence.
Qualifications - Experience in operating powered forklift equipment.
- Detail-oriented approach to load verification and inventory checks.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to handle medium physical demands.
- Commitment to safety protocols and standards.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
