Position Summary

At ContactPoint 360, the Bilingual Recruiter/HR Generalist plays a dual role, focusing on attracting top talent while strengthening our employer brand through compliant, inclusive, and professional communications. This position combines full-cycle recruitment responsibilities with HR communications, storytelling, and onsite employee engagement initiatives.

The role operates in full alignment with Quebec labor legislation, including CNESST requirements, the Act Respecting Labour Standards, and the Charter of the French Language. The successful candidate will support fair hiring practices, employment equity, respectful workplace communications, and a strong onsite culture.

The ideal candidate is passionate about people, recruitment, storytelling, and employee experience, with a solid understanding of the Montreal and Quebec labour market.

Key Responsibilities

All responsibilities are carried out in compliance with Quebec labour legislation, CNESST guidelines, ContactPoint 360 policies, and ethical recruitment standards.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment in compliance with Quebec labour standards, CNESST requirements, and internal HR policies
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements aligned with operational and business needs
  • Draft, post, and manage bilingual job postings in accordance with the Charter of the French Language
  • Apply fair, objective, and non-discriminatory recruitment practices
  • Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate assessments
  • Ensure a respectful, transparent, and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure completion of required employment documentation

HR Communications and Employer Branding

  • Create engaging bilingual content showcasing ContactPoint 360 culture, employee stories, leadership messages, and workplace initiatives
  • Write articles, interviews, internal announcements, newsletters, and career-related content
  • Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, career platforms, and internal communication channels
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with company values and culture
  • Capture and translate organisational moments into clear, professional, and engaging narratives
  • Ensure all communications reflect inclusivity, professionalism, and ContactPoint 360 standards

Onsite Employee Engagement and Internal Communications

  • Lead and coordinate onsite employee engagement initiatives for Montreal-based employees
  • Plan and support employee events, recognition activities, onboarding experiences, and engagement campaigns
  • Act as a visible onsite HR presence to support employee morale, connection, and communication
  • Partner with Operations and Leadership to identify engagement opportunities and address employee feedback
  • Support internal HR communications related to policies, programs, recognition, and events
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across all written communications
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining a unified ContactPoint 360 voice

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, written and spoken, is required to perform job duties
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience recruiting within the Quebec labour market
  • Knowledge of Quebec labour standards, CNESST requirements, and employment equity principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational background in journalism, communications, human resources, or marketing
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

Ce poste combine le recrutement complet (cycle de recrutement) avec des responsabilités en communications RH, en rédaction de contenu et en initiatives d’engagement des employés sur site.

Responsabilités principales

Toutes les responsabilités sont exercées en conformité avec la législation du travail du Québec, les directives de la CNESST, les politiques de ContactPoint 360 et les principes d’éthique en recrutement.

Recrutement et acquisition de talents

Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement dans le respect des normes du travail du Québec, des exigences de la CNESST et des politiques internes

Collaborer avec les gestionnaires afin de définir les besoins opérationnels et les profils recherchés

Rédiger, afficher et gérer des offres d’emploi bilingues conformes à la Charte de la langue française

Appliquer des pratiques de recrutement justes, objectives et non discriminatoires

Effectuer la présélection des candidatures, mener des entrevues structurées et coordonner les évaluations

Assurer une expérience candidat respectueuse, transparente et professionnelle

Maintenir des dossiers de recrutement exacts et à jour

Soutenir le processus d’accueil et s’assurer que toute la documentation d’embauche est complétée adéquatement

Communications RH et marque employeur

Créer du contenu bilingue engageant mettant en valeur la culture, les employés, le leadership et les initiatives de ContactPoint 360

Rédiger des articles, entrevues, communications internes, infolettres et contenus liés aux carrières

Contribuer aux initiatives de marque employeur sur LinkedIn, les sites carrières et les canaux internes

Collaborer avec les équipes RH, Opérations et Marketing afin d’assurer l’alignement des messages avec les valeurs de l’entreprise

Transformer les moments clés de l’organisation en récits clairs, professionnels et mobilisateurs

Veiller à ce que toutes les communications soient inclusives, professionnelles et conformes aux standards de ContactPoint 360

Engagement des employés et présence sur site

Planifier et coordonner des initiatives d’engagement pour les employés basés à Montréal

Soutenir l’organisation d’événements employés, d’activités de reconnaissance, d’expériences d’accueil et de campagnes d’engagement

Agir comme personne-ressource RH visible et accessible sur site

Collaborer avec les équipes d’Opérations et de leadership afin d’identifier des opportunités d’amélioration de l’engagement et de répondre aux rétroactions des employés

Soutenir les communications internes liées aux politiques, programmes RH, reconnaissances et événements

Assurer la cohérence, la clarté et la conformité de toutes les communications écrites

Adapter les messages aux différents publics tout en maintenant une voix organisationnelle cohérente

Exigences

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, essentielle pour les fonctions du poste

De 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en recrutement, communications RH, journalisme ou domaine connexe

Excellentes compétences en rédaction, révision et storytelling

Expérience de recrutement dans le marché du travail québécois

Bonne connaissance des normes du travail du Québec, des exigences de la CNESST et des principes d’équité en emploi

Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et d’entrevue
